- A registered early childhood educator representing the agency will conduct unannounced home visits to ensure compliance of the Ministry regulations. Our agency RECE will use a checklist provided by the Ministry of Education to document observations and provide on-going support through resources and training in areas such as nutrition, activities, and health and safety standards of the indoor and outdoor play space.
